The new crimping system, developed by Gamma Meccanica SpA, allows obtaining a sensible and uniform increase in the mechanical capacity of rigid mineral wool panels.

In particular the compressing and delaminating resistance is dramatically increased, characteristics particularly appreciated in the use of sandwich or roof panels.

The machine now consists of a good six autonomous and independent sections, the rollers are water-cooled and special scraper straps avoid the accumulation of dirt and blockages even in the presence of binder chemical agents of different kinds.
