Gamma Meccanica has recently developed and constructed new automatic lines for the production of cupels in both mineral wool and glass.
The lines are mainly subdivided by the dimensions of the final product: the “rpl 4” for cupels from 1/2” to 4” ø i. and the “rpl 12” for cupels from 1/2” to 12” ø i.
The main features of the lines are the high productive unit capacity and a tested efficiency and flexibility, a characteristic obtained thanks to a sophisticated system of control and supervision. In fact, even in the presence of significant variations in the look of the primary, non-polymerised felt, the Gamma Meccanica units can guarantee an adequate and constant high quality final product.
In addition, the same above-mentioned technical characteristics ensure a homogeneous distribution of the density on all the thicknesses, minimum size waste on both the external and internal diameter of the cupel and concentricity of the diameters.
The lines are supplied in standard configurations with microwave polymerising furnace (other furnaces on request) to obtain perfect firing, even of cupels with high thicknesses, in a short time and without long periods of permanence in the furnace and use of forced air. This solution renders the Gamma Meccanica cupel lines completely autonomous from the use of gas power sources and relative connections.
On request, a semi-automatic or automatic system for covering the cupels with aluminium foil or other similar materials will be supplied.
