Gamma Meccanica S.p.A. designs and creates specialized industrial systems. Established in 1977 as an engineering company, it consists today of three divisions, each one focused on a specific sector: the insulation division designs and produces lines for the production of mineral wools, the plastic division specialized in lines for recycling of plastic material, the extruded polystyrene division dedicated to the creation of systems for the production of XPS panels.
What let to the gradual success of Gamma Meccanica’s plants is a strong customer orientation and an accurate after-sales service. Each manufactured line is designed after careful analysis of the needs expressed by the customer. This involves developing a relationship of trust and collaboration between customer and supplier, a relationship that lasts the entire lifetime of the machine, thanks to the attentive after-sales service priveded by Gamma Meccanica.

From a small workshop to a leading company: thirty years of constant growth
The company was founded in 1977 by a group of companies producing insulating materials (located near Reggio Emilia), with the aim of providing maintenance for their machines. From the outset, the company target was to recruit customers from outside the group, especially abroad. Thanks to its customers’ trust, Gamma Meccanica is now a leading producer of rock wool systems.
In 1987, the plastics division was established, dedicated to the design and production of recycling systems. Gamma Meccanica increased its human resources with new technical and marketing staff specialised in this sector.
