Glass Wool Systems

Yellow Logic Line systems.

The Yellow Logic Line transforms material derived from a mixture of siliceous sand into glass wool. Glass wool lines differ from rock wool production systems thanks to a number of specific technological features.
A complete line for the production of glass or rock wool can count on over thirty different units, each with specific functions.

The useful working width of a production line can be 1200-1800-2000-2400 mm.

The typical composition of a complete glass wool production line:

raw materials storage/mixing/feeding system;
fibre melting and forming section – with a capacity from 500 to 3000 kg/h – fibre centrifuges with fibre control system – felt forming chamber with fixed or mobile walls;
fibre reception, orientation, polymerisation, trimming, facing, longitudinal and transversal cutting section;
rolled-up and finished roll packaging section;
panel stacking and packaging section;
melter, forming chamber and polymerisation oven smokes treatment/filtering system;
chemical binding agents storage and feeding system;
production line dust recovery system.
