Trimming, facing and cutting systems.

When the polymerisation process has been completed, the glass wool is transformed into panels or mattresses. The material is trimmed as it leaves the polymerisation oven. The trimmings are automatically recovered and returned to the production process.
The line can be integrated with a facing system where the glass wool is faced or coupled with other materials (aluminium, kraft paper, glass veil).

A cutting system and guillotine is installed on the main process line to define the length and width of the end product.
