The expanding polystyrene slabs or XPS are hard and light. The XPS is a perfect thermal insulating product and it is mainly used in the field of residential and industrial building.

 

 

The production cycle goes through the following steps:

• raw material dosing and feeding
• raw material melting
• expanding gas injection
• foam cooling
• slabs forming
• slabs cooling
• lengthwise cutting
• side trimming
• packaging
• packaging with polyethylene film
