The COMPAC line is designed to deal with special materials such as film, fibres, fabrics and yarns and consists in a feeder equipped with a shredder, extruder and TDA cutter.

The shredder ?shreds? the material so it is ready for the extruder. During shredding, the material is heated so it becomes more dense and any moisture is evaporated. Increasing the density of the material ensures a constant flow through the extruder. ?Loose? recycling material is conveyed into the system by a conveyor belt, however film (on reels) is introduced thanks to an unwinding system (which unwinds the reels).

This type of line comes in a number of models depending on the quantity of recycled material to produce.
