A range of solutions for recycling plastic materials

The Gamma Meccanica recycling systems can be grouped into three main types:

	convenional systems consisting in a grinding mill, forced feeder, extruder, filter and cutter;
	COMPAC systems consisting in a shredder, extruder, filter and cutter;
	PET systems consisting in a dehumidifier, extruder, filter and cutter.

Each system is designed to provide the best qualitative result as regards each specific application. COMPAC systems are designed for special materials such as fibres, fabrics and yarns. The last system type is specifically designed for PET.
Production capacities vary from model to model for each type of system:
Lines GM 60 and GM 90 are for small to average production, GM 105, GM 125 and GM 160 are for production quantities from 420 to 1000 kg/h. Thanks to line GM180 can be produced 2000 kg/h.

The E-trim line has been created for small production quantities. E-trim is a complete but small recycling line, measuring little more than 2 metres long.

Customised systems

Each machine or line can be customised by various accessories to meet specific customer demands, thus providing complete ?turn-key? systems.
