PET recycling lines

Recycling lines for materials with high fluidity such as PET and PA usually consist of a conveying belt, a silo with shredder and pre-densifier, an extruder, a screen changer and an under water die face cutter. The most important issue when you regenerate these materials is the need to limit the fall in the value of intrinsic viscosity. This value determines the mechanical performance given by the material. The lines proposed by Gamma Meccanica S.p.A. allow to easily handle these materials and contain the IV fall.
