Special productions

For the production of products such as pipe section, pre-shaped insulation boards, lamellar mattresses and sandwich boards, Gamma Meccanica designs and manufactures “additional” lines. Additional lines allow the production of finished products for special applications, using products derived from the mineral wool lines.

List of some of the lines manufactured

• Manual, semi-automatic and automatic lines to manufacture ø 1/2 ” to 24” pipe section.
• Lines to quilt products with various supports and wire mesh at speeds up to 20 m/min and 1200 mm wide.
• Automatic lines for the manufacture of lamellar insulation mattresses.
• Automatic lines for the manufacture of products for false ceilings.
