The purpose of this line is facing of ceiling tiles with non-woven glass fibre tissue precoated with non combustible paint. The primary material is mineralwool board.

The line main consist of:

Panels de-stacking and preparation for facing
Panels facing station
Panels cut to final dimension and mill station for edge profile
