Forming chamber for Glass Wool production lines

The forming chamber is a part of the plant where the glass wool fiber produced on fiberizer is collected.
This machine consists of perforated horizontal flight conveyor (from which is sucked a big quantity of air). Two vertical longitudinal contrarotating belt conveyors form two side walls of the chamber.
Two further belt conveyors form 2 walls of the chamber (anterior and posterior).
These conveyors are continuously cleaned and washed.

At the forming chamber output the felt can be sent to the main line or to an auxiliary one where it’s collected without curing.
The uncured wool is used to produce special products (pipe sections, shapes, etc).
