Board Forming For Extruded Polystyrene Production Lines

The extruded polystyrene board forming takes place starting from the extrusion group, where the foam leaves the die head, to be transformed into a board inside the calibrator, which determines the required thickness.
The puller unit continuously extracts the just formed board from the calibrator plates.
At the exit from the calibrator the material has to be cooled before the final external surface finishing.
